The unit is designed for processing ocean krill into protein paste Ocean. It is installed on fishing boats.
Krill is a protein source of protein used in food.
This designed method of krill processing enables you to get protein paste Ocean which is high quality food product with specific taste and aroma.
The Ocean protein paste is used as semifinished product for making different kinds of culinary dishes (salads, krill butter, Korall cheese, snack pies, etc.)

A1-IKP-50 unit performs the following technological operations:
- raw material accumulation and its dozed feed.
- pressing liquor out of krill.
- liquor accumulation and its feed to a coagulator.
- liquor coagulation.
- protein-coagulate grinding.
- bringing the paste to standard moisture level.
- paste cooling and its passing to packing point.
- bagasse outlet.
